John is a co-founder and Managing Director of M3 Advisory Group. He brings extensive experience in the financial services industry covering the investing, planning, insurance and retirement spectrum. John has over twenty years of experience in the design, implementation, and execution of valuation models for public and private ownership of corporations and partnerships.
Prior to M3AG John was a co-founder of M3 Equity Advisors and a partner with Hancock Partners, LLP. He is a co-founder, and Director of the following companies and organizations: U.S. Seafood Corp, Plymouth Street Partners, Selective Technology Sales, and the Wellesley Community Center. He served two terms as a Member of the Finance and Budget Committee in the Town of Wellesley, Massachusetts and a member of the Board of Director of The Wellesley Historical Society. In addition, John is currently Co President of the Dover Sherborn Education Fund.
John received his degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst; he acquired the Chartered Life Underwriter designation from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, and obtained his M.B.A. from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. John is an RIA Representative and holds the NASD Series 6, 7, 63, 65.
Gregory Reichardt: Gregory is a co-founder of Terravia Consulting where he helps small businesses to increase the efficiency in their everyday business processes, analyze their data to create business intelligence, and increase their online or offline presence. Gregory is a web designer and assists on business development for “Athletes and Injuries”. He will be graduating from Babson College in May 2015.
Michael Kollaard: Michael Kollaard is a rising senior attending Babson College in Wellesley, MA. He has been an active member of the Babson College men’s soccer team since his freshman year and has dealt with sports and injuries throughout his entire life. Currently working as in intern at M3 Advisory group, Michael also has experience working for the commercial real estate firm Finard Properties and has worked for his small family run business, Automatic Laundry service since his freshman year of high school. He is on track to graduate in May 2015.
Connor Dahlberg: Connor is a Co-Founder of a mobile health application called Speak2See that facilitates communication between healthcare professionals and hearing impaired patients. Connor is a web designer and assists in strategic development for “Athletes and Injuries.” He is expected to graduate from Babson College in May 2015.
