Former Syracuse TV reporter Katherine Creag's cause of death is clarified after she suddenly passed away Wednesday night (Feb. 10) at the age of 47, while the heartbreaking news was confirmed Thursday. The short obituary stated that Creag was a supporter of many charities, and is survived by her husband of 14 years and their three children. Creag and her husband celebrated their 14th wedding anniversary on September 2, 2020.
